Terms and Conditions
Booking
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Golden Fare agency. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Payment
Unless otherwise stated, full payment for your travel arrangements is required at least 30 days before departure. If full payment is received after the due date, your booking may be canceled, and cancellation charges will apply.
Cancellation
You must write to the travel agency if you need to cancel your booking. Cancellation charges will apply, and these will be advised to you at the time of cancellation.
Amendments
If you need to make changes to your booking, you must do so in writing to the travel agency. Modifications may be subject to additional charges.
Passport and Visa
You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport and any necessary visas or travel documents for your destination. The travel agency can provide information and advice, but you must check and comply with entry requirements.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
Health and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring that you are aware of any health or safety requirements for your destination. The travel agency can provide advice, but you must check and comply with any requirements.
Liability
The travel agency accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from any act or omission on the part of any third party, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transport providers, or tour operators.
Force Majeure
The travel agency accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or strikes.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country where the travel agency is located, and any disputes arising from them shall be resolved under those laws.
